A Rocha Bruxelles, or “Germoir A Rocha” as it’s nicknamed, was launched in June 2022. The core group consists of 12 people.

We meet around 9 times a year, 3 times face-to-face, the rest by videoconference as we’re a bit geographically dispersed.

Our meetings have a dual purpose. The first is to reflect together on the links between ecology, our spirituality and our commitment. Our exchanges are fueled either by reading an article, a book or listening to a podcast, or by a talk prepared by one of the group’s members (several of whom are theologians).

The second is to organize activities open to other people, for example:

• A meditative walk
• A visit to an exhibition on waste
• A fresco on climate or planetary limits
• A day-long conference/workshop
