Support A Rocha with 1% for the Planet
1% for the Planet" is a global NGO supported by companies who have decided to donate 1% of their sales to environmental associations. It currently has over 6,000 members in 91 countries. A Rocha is currently looking for its first sponsor to join this network.

- Benefit from tax advantages by supporting a cause useful to all: your donations are tax-deductible up to 60% of their amount, up to 0.5% of your sales. New since 2020: the tax reduction for payments made in financial years ending on or after December 31 is capped at 20,000 euros or 5 ‰ (5 per thousand) of annual sales excluding tax, whichever is higher.
- Engage your employees: whether you’re in the process of building a CSR strategy or already have one well established, joining 1% for the Planet enables you to articulate all your commitments around a simple message. The association also gives you the tools to involve your employees in the philanthropy generated by their day-to-day work: involve them in the choice of recipient projects, develop skills sponsorship, propose a clean-up day, etc.
What are the benefits for A Rocha?
The benefits are essentially financial. To benefit from donations from member companies, we need to be approved as a 1% for the Planet member. To do this, we need to be recommended by a company that is a member of the NGO, i.e. the company must commit to supporting us financially to the tune of 1% of its sales. Today, 600 associations are 1% for the Planet members in France.
